Dear Woodlawn Residents and Visitors, we are a group of Woodlawn neighbors who are working on starting a farmer’s market in the Woodlawn Triangle area, located in the Classic Foods lot. Our goal in creating this market is to provide access to healthy and nutritious food and to foster a sense of community and cooperation among all Woodlawn residents. To assess the level of interest in the community for this venture and to ensure that the market best meets the needs of our diverse community, we have developed a survey that we kindly ask that you take a few minutes of your time to fill it in.
Our current timeline calls for the Market to open in June and close in September or October. As the name implies, the market will be held on Wednesdays, likely from 3-7pm. Please stay tuned to our Facebook page to receive further updates about the project.
